We want you to love what you get from us — here's how returns and refunds work.

Personal Care Items
Because our soaps, salves, balms, and body care items are handmade and touch your skin, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used personal care product. This is standard practice for handmade skincare and helps us keep every product safe and sanitary for all our customers.

Unopened Items
If an item is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help make the process smooth.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Bramble Basin Crocks
Reusable crocks (Every Day and Second Life) can be returned to us at any time for $1 off your next refill puck, as part of our low-waste refill program. See our Bramble Basin page for details.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, and any preorder or limited-batch items once shipped, are final sale.
