We ship worldwide, and local pickup is available in Louisville, Ohio — select it at checkout if you'd rather skip shipping and pick up your order in person.

Processing Time
Every order is handcrafted or hand-packed by our family in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days to process and prepare your order before it ships. During busy seasons or market weeks, processing may occasionally run a little longer — we'll always aim to get your order out as quickly as we can.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Local Pickup
If you're in the Louisville, Ohio area, choose local pickup at checkout to avoid shipping costs. We'll reach out with pickup details once your order is ready.

International Orders
We're happy to ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Preorders & Limited Collections
Some collections (like Salt & Moon) are preorder items with a specific ship date listed on the collection page. These ship on the announced date rather than the standard 3–5 day processing window.
